This Monument sample is a copy of the original and captures the aura of a young boy – almost a man is a challenge in any medium. Hand carved in Colorado Marble, this is a study of the artist’s nephew. Note that the artist has endeavored to have the study show the measure of mixed emotions. The artist hand carved this piece with hammer and chisel to achieve a remarkable two-dimensional Bas Relief. Duplicates can be made for additional family members by molding and casting the piece in a variety of color choices.
